DME AP Tutor Recruitment 2024 – Notification Summary
The Directorate of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh (DME AP), invites applications from eligible MBBS graduates for the recruitment of 158 Tutors in Government Medical Colleges and Teaching Hospitals across the state. This is a contract-based position with an initial duration of one year. The recruitment is conducted as per the service rules issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Candidates must possess an MBBS degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized medical college and be registered with the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council (APMC). The selection process is based on the aggregate marks obtained in all years of the MBBS examination. A weightage system is also in place for candidates with experience in rural/tribal areasand those who served during the COVID-19 pandemic.
